The money you will spend throughout the day is basically half what you currently spend in your city. As little as €9.50 can take you on an 8-hour kayaking trip to see Vang Vieng caves and other great natural sites. It is very easy to find hostels in Laos that start from €4.
Transportations and food will not cost you more than €8, except if you want to travel from a city to another, then the price is between €4 and €20.
