Just forget about those cheap flights from Boston to Guatemala City or the gorgeous pictures you’ve seen on travel sites. Guatemala, or Guate, is one of the most dangerous places you can travel to.

When it comes to serious issues, Guate has two main extremely unsafe categories. The first is about crimes and powerless authorities while the second is about pollution. In other words, in this city, you’ll have to deal with both the risk of being abused or killed as well as inhaling poisonous air!

All it takes is booking a flight and hotel so travelers can enjoy the sun and salt of the largest beach in Mexico, as well as take indulge into the scenic beauty in the heart of a fascinating Mexican resort. Sadly, according to reality, all of these travel dreams can hardly happen today when we look at Acapulco’s terribly high rate of murder.

The Mexican food and amazingly rich culture can make anyone pack and buy a flight ticket on any given vacation. But the risks must be taken into consideration before browsing a flight price comparison site.

In fact, Mexico is one of the top countries when it comes to the number of dangerous cities. Besides Acapulco and in addition to Tijuana, Victoria, and Obregon, the city of Juarez has experienced an alarming increase in violence, crimes, and drug trafficking for the previous 25 years.

Sadly, women represent the most targeted people in Ciudad Juarez and are commonly kidnapped or raped. Although the local police work in collaboration with the government to end the sufferings in Juarez, more efforts are needed to diminish the number of committed crimes per year.

  1. Are you really surprised? History is repeating itself: communism, socialism, and anti christianity. People are too stupid to learn from history. This is what Trump is trying to keep from happening in the USA.

  2. I been to 6 or 7 of those cities ,but this was over 2 decades ago
    think we’re better then

  3. You forgot Chicago, Illinois 🙂

  4. what about practically every larger city in the
    States

  5. I disagree with the comment portraying US military members as a “very powerful culprit.” Geopolitical actor in a conflict zone is much more accurate and less incendiary to those of us who have served this nation then culprit.

  6. I thought Chicago Ill. USA would be in the list.

  7. Really? American and I suppose, British soldiers have made it more dangerous? I would have thought just the opposite.

  8. I’m just wondering if Donal Woodbury ever been in cities that he mention like the most dangerous cities to visit?

  9. How about France. World news clearly shows that the country is no longer safe. Why would you travel there?
