The Stairway to Heaven – Hawaii
Have you ever heard the famous song by the rock band Led Zeppelin, Stairway to Heaven?
If you have, then I am sure at one point or another you wanted to see, visit, or at least witness some stairs that can take you to heaven, and it turned out that you can and they are called the Haiku Stairs. It is 4,000 steps running through the mountains of O’ahu Island in Hawaii.
These stairs were built during WWII by American soldiers to help them reach the radar equipment that they placed on the mountaintop. However, the only rule you must follow when you climb those stairs is to never look down.
