Located on the west coast of Thailand, it is a great spot to snorkel. The Hat Chao Mai National Park is a great place if you want to save up money on hotels since it allows you to camp with tents available on the spot.
This coastland contains a variety of sea life and has a wider variety of fish than most of the surrounding areas -such as clownfish and sea anemone- making it an exciting location for diving and snorkeling.
The southeastern side of Koh Kradan gives you the best off-the-beach snorkeling, with amazing scenery of the beach on one side and the forest on the other.
However, hopefully, you don’t mind mid-range accommodations such as small resorts in your vacation out there. But there are always options for higher class places such as Koh Lanta and Koh Muk.

It is known as the land of the biggest lizard on the globe and a large and excessive amount of marine life. The thing that makes it the perfect spot for deep sea diving.
A location that will make the money you spent and all the airlines and airport trouble worth it is definitely the pink beach. In this mesmerizing place, you’ll forget about your health insurance, social media, and smartphone, and you’ll just focus on the hard coral and the variety of colorful beautiful fish.
The beach was called this way thanks to its pink-sanded shoreline, and it gives you the chance to watch dolphins, manta rays as well as some types of turtles. Unfortunately, the road can be kind of weak, but it is worth it in the end.
Key Largo

If you are a big turtle’s aficionado, this is the location for you. This reef has recently survived the Hurricane Irma in 2017 with minimal damage. It is home to various turtle’s species such as green, loggerhead, and hawksbill ones; which are protected by authorities of the state.
Using the right underwater equipment, if you are snorkeling or scuba diving in this area you may have the chance to watch southern stingrays and the elusive nurse shark.
