The Crawl: This exercise is internationally used during freestyle swimming competitions. And to do it properly, you just have to stretch your arms and grab the side of the pool with your both hands.

This way, you can start moving your one leg up and down and do the same thing to the other leg. Keep repeating the exercise for several times. For better results, you’d better bend your legs slightly, trying to stretch out your feet and move only your hips.
