5. Italy
We arrived at the top 5 best valentine’s day trips, and Italy had to be in it! Even though french is the language of love, Italian is not far from it! There’s no other place as romantic as Italy. The monuments, the aquiculture, the sights, the beaches, and of course the food! Everything screams romance! From Venice to Rome, Florence or Positano, there are a lot of cities to choose from. And if you’re looking for something a little bit extra, why not hop on a cruise and visit all of the above cities and more?
4. Barcelona
Barcelona has a special romantic day of its own on April 23rd, also known as St Jordi’s day, the day of books, lovers, and a ton of red roses. This special day brings many tourists to Barcelona due to their festivities, which makes February a cheap month to visit Barcelona, not only in terms of flights but also hotels. From visiting the amazing Gaudi architecture to exploring the city on a sunny day and watching the sunset at the beach, it is a great destination for those who desire to go for a romantic trip!
3. Thailand
Even though the flights may be a little expensive, Thailand is a cheap country to visit. Thailand makes the perfect valentine’s day getaway. You can get luxury hotels within 500 meters from the most amazing beaches for the lowest prices. The locals are very accomodating and nice to tourists, which means there’s a peaceful and easy vibe in Thailand. Plus, the weather is always nice, making it a great destination to relax during the day and party a little during the night.
