Just pick your poison! It’s no wonder this city is so high on this list. Just add the amazing hot weather of 77-degree all year round, plus clean, fresh air and kukui nut oil (one of the best beauty products for luminous hair and skin). The result could only be ethereal.
6. Salt Lake City
If you thought LA had the most plastic surgeons, you’d be surprised to hear that Salt Lake City has a ratio of 6 reconstructive and plastic surgeons for 100,000 people. This makes Salt Lake City one of the vainest cities across the US. Its inhabitants spend the most on skincare, beauty products, and cosmetics every year, around ten times more than the normal amount spent on other cities of the same size/population.

Colorado’s most populous city, Denver, known for its mixture of urban sophistication and outdoor adventure, ranks six on this list due to their habitant’s lean figures. That’s right! Studies have shown that people from Denver take their physiques very seriously. This includes eating well and looking out for their bodies, whether by going to the gym or hiking the rocky mountains.
