And last but not least, we have Sounds of Silence restaurant, that already entered the Australian Hall of Fame. It’s under a sparkling sky in Ayers Rock, Yulara, that your dining experience will take place. Starting with some canapés and sparkling wine perfectly chilled, you’ll have an incredible view over Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. And as the sun starts hiding behind the mountains, you can also start enjoying a buffet with some of the best native Aussie dishes. This includes quandong, barramundi, kangaroo, and, of course, crocodile!
